During the 14th General election, Barisan Nasional have lost most of the sit in the Malaysia, we can see most of their stronghold have been collapsed, For example Sabah, and Johor and Negeri Sembilan. Negeri Sembilan have been fall to Pakatan Harapan after Pakatan Harapan manage to form a government with 20 sits in the state assembly on 14th General election, while Barisan Nasional only manage to get 16 sits.
After the result, most of the media user show their concern toward the former First Minister who had to get out from the official house of First Minister, people show their grievance as most of them believe that the former First Minister which people always call him as ‘Tokmat’ . The picture of that great leader get out from his official house made a ‘media boom’, it is a result of many post on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter which show their concern.
How could this happen, while most of the citizen vote for Pakatan Harapan , but still there are many citizen who show his or her sadness because of this event. Do they really want to change state government or they just want to topple the federal government which is full of accusation of corruption?
Today my methodology is very simple, firstly I will show the differences between the vote for the federal government and for the state government. According to data which I hava been collected through the legitimate website which is ‘http://pru14.spr.gov.my’.

Figure1.1

Following figure 1.1, we can see the differences of the vote, most people tend to vote for BN candidate at the state assembly member while vote for PAS or PH for parliament stage. This number show that mostly the people still willing to vote for the former state government which is BN government. But why they don’t just vote for BN for state stage while Vote for other at the parliament stage. My hypothesis is most of the voter still confuse between the parliament and the state stage. To prove this hypothesis, I use the online survey (data still in progress). From this data we can perceive whether the hypothesis could be accepted or not.
